Connecting with Campers

We believe that intentional community and connection with our students will make life changing results in their lives and their faiths! Our Guides and Support Staff exist to interact with campers and Mentors alike, assisting in camp set up and getting to  walk side by side with campers for the week.

Expectations

Guides are individuals 16 years of age and older who are called to have fun with campers, build meaningful connections, and show care, kindness, and respect in all they do. During camp, Guides support the Mentors and engage with the Mentors’ campers, helping create a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Our hope is that Guides are able to form authentic relationships with each camper as they walk alongside the Mentors, serving as positive role models and demonstrating a life of faith through their actions and example.

Walk in Service. Walk in Faith. Together.

Know a Nurse?

Camp Nurses are integral to keeping our camp running. Nurses care for campers by caring for their medicines, band-   aids, and other health needs. If you or someone you know has a heart to serve and would love to serve our campers for a week in the summer, please reach out to our camp director for more information!

Clearance Requirements

We strive to keep our kids safe! All of our volunteers must complete and pass the PA Child Abuse History Clearance and a Criminal History Record Check. If you are not a resident of PA or have not been a resident for the past 10 years, FBI fingerprinting is also required.
