I care greatly for making sure that Hope's Haven continues down the missional path set for it by God: Sharing the Good News of Christ with Foster-   Impacted Youth. Over the past few years of being involved, I have had to privilege of watching more individuals and churches get involved helping spread the services we do through a widening net across PA. When I am not working, I can be found enjoying some quality coffee or spending time with my wife and two sons.

​I was recently introduced to Hope's Haven and encouraged by the vision to share the Gospel and care for children and families impacted by the trauma of being in foster care. 2024 is my first year serving on the board. I have worked in child welfare for 12 years, the last seven of which have been in a few capacities with the York County Office of Children, Youth, and Families. My wife Debbie and I reside in York, PA, with our three children. Recreationally, I enjoy racquetball, disc golf, and a good game of Scrabble.

I have felt the joy and laughter along with tears and complexity of being a foster and adoptive parent. As a family we have benefited from having our son participate in a life changing week of camp. Zac asked me to join the board of Hope's Haven in 2024 and I am happy to bring the perspective's of a foster and adoptive family to the leadership, mission and operations of Hope's Haven.
